Dan’s specialties are strategic planning and development for physician groups. He has been a faculty instructor for numerous national pain society conferences, including SPPM and ASIPP. His expertise in business management, marketing strategies, and practice expansion are why his team has managed over 150 million dollars in revenue for private practices. Dan’s greatest professional joy is watching practices grow through the business strategies C E Medical group implements and helping clients achieve financial success.
In his free time, Dan enjoys taking trips with his wife and four children, and coaching little league sports.
Amy Kerbs, MSM
Amy worked as a Medical Assistant and Clinical Research Assistant in Orthopedics for 13 years before deciding to pursue an education in Healthcare Management. After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Management she was recruited to the C E Medical Group team. Amy specializes in consulting with multi-physician groups and assisting with the implementation of policies and protocols to operate more efficiently.
When she’s away from the office, she enjoys spending time at her property in the scenic mountains of southern Idaho.
When it comes to marketing, there’s no one more qualified than Kaho. His expertise in design, advertising, and marketing strategies have given our clients positive exposure that sets them apart from their peers. He’s dedicated to his craft and works hard to ensure that our clients get results.
When Kaho is away from his desk, he’s often found in the kitchen experimenting on unique adaptations of traditional recipes.
Stephanie Thomas, CANPC
Stephanie has been in the medical field for 17 years. She has experience in multiple specialties of medical billing and coding, and is a certified Pain and Anesthesia Coder. Billing is her passion, which is why she’s efficient at maximizing reimbursements while educating providers and staff on proper coding techniques. She motivates and coaches our billers to ensure they achieve a high level of standards.
If Stephanie is out of the office, she’s most likely in the cheering section at her sons’ baseball games.
Erika Stuit, RN
Practice Management Consultant
Erika started her nursing career in an Orthopedic ambulatory surgery center, and has spent the last 11 years working as a registered nurse and managing an ambulatory surgery center and clinic. Her experience has given her the ability to see all facets of a clinic and surgery center from staffing through to the billing. Her strengths are optimizing this flow to create an efficient clinic with increased revenue.
After she gets done with work, she spends time at one of her other jobs as a mom, taxi driver, cook, clothes washer, and homework helper to her two kids and husband. When they are finally settled she likes plays the piano.
With over 7 years of billing experience, Melissa has developed a rare talent to get accounts with extensive account receivables back in order. Her expertise in great customer service and effective billing processes are the reasons all our clients love her. As one of our team managers, she’s effective in using her team’s strengths to efficiently reach goals. Not only can she get your billing into shape, but she can also assist you with management consulting and auditing services.
When she’s not in the office, Melissa can be found spending quality time with her family.
